These Terms are an agreement between RingToRoute ("RingToRoute", "we"; contact: hello@ringtoroute.com), and the business that signs up ("Client", "you"). The Service is for businesses only, not for consumers.
1. The Service
We provide an AI voice and text assistant that answers calls to your business, triages them using your rules, books appointments, sends texts the caller agreed to, and reports activity to you. The features included depend on your plan as described on our pricing page or in your order. Integrations with third-party field-service software (for example Jobber or Housecall Pro) are offered only when stated in your order.
2. Pilot
A pilot runs for 30 days for the fee stated in your order (currently $250). If you subscribe to a plan before the pilot ends or within 14 days after, we credit the pilot fee in full toward your setup fee. Pilot fees are otherwise non-refundable.
3. Fees, billing and taxes
- Setup fees are billed once, before onboarding. Monthly fees are billed in advance each month in USD through Stripe.
- Calls above your plan's included allowance are billed at $1.00 per call the following month. Spam calls and calls under 15 seconds are not counted.
- Third-party pass-through costs, such as US carrier registration (A2P 10DLC) fees for your business, are billed at cost and listed in your order.
- Prices are in USD and exclude any taxes that apply; we add VAT or other taxes only where the law requires.
- We may change prices with 30 days' written notice. Changes take effect at your next billing period.
4. Term and cancellation
Plans are month-to-month. You can cancel at any time by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month, and paid fees are not refunded except where these Terms say otherwise or the law requires it. Setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding work has started. When the Service ends, we'll help you point your call forwarding back, and we'll provide an export of your call data on request within 30 days. After that, we delete it.
5. Your responsibilities
- Accurate information. Give us accurate business details, hours, service areas, prices and emergency rules, and keep them up to date. The assistant follows what you give it.
- Consent and compliance. You are responsible for your business's compliance with laws that apply to your communications with your customers, including the TCPA, state call-recording laws, telemarketing laws and carrier messaging rules. You must not ask us to place outbound calls or send texts to anyone who has not given the consent the law requires.
- Carrier registration. You authorise us to register your business with US carriers (A2P 10DLC) in your name, and you confirm that the information you give for it is true.
- Your number. You keep ownership and control of your business phone number.
- Acceptable use. You may not use the Service for unlawful, deceptive or harassing purposes.
6. Emergencies and AI limits
The Service is not an emergency service and does not replace 911, gas utilities or other emergency responders. The assistant follows your triage rules and tells callers who describe a life-safety emergency to contact emergency services. AI systems can misunderstand speech, make mistakes or be unavailable. Review the call summaries, and keep a way for urgent calls to reach a person. We don't guarantee any number of bookings or any amount of revenue.
7. Data
You own your call data. We process caller data as your processor/service provider only to provide the Service, under our Privacy Policy. Where we process personal data for you, our Data Processing Addendum applies; email hello@ringtoroute.com to get a copy. We don't sell caller data or use it to market to your customers. We may use de-identified, aggregated statistics to improve the Service.
8. Third-party services
The Service relies on providers such as Retell AI, Twilio and AI model providers. Their outages or rule changes can affect the Service. We'll tell you about material changes as soon as we reasonably can.
9. Warranties and liability
We'll provide the Service with reasonable skill and care. Other than that, and to the extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is", without other warranties. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability under these Terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
10. Indemnity
You'll defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from information or instructions you gave us, or from your breach of section 5.
11. General
These terms are governed by the law of the country where RingToRoute is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. If any clause is unenforceable, the rest still applies. These Terms, together with your order and the DPA, are the entire agreement. We may update these Terms with 30 days' notice. Notices: hello@ringtoroute.com.
